I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. This is much more than having a healthy diet. It’s about finding balance between all aspects of your life and learning how these aspects are connected. A healthy diet can play a big role in how you feel physically; but to be truly well and happy means that you are doing the things you love, you are getting enough sleep and regular physical exercise, you have meaningful relationships and have a sense of purpose in your life.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I will support and guide you to find a healthy lifestyle that works best for you. You lead a busy life and learning what it is you need to focus on the most will help you to make the right choices. Whether it’s achieving your ideal weight, getting more sleep, setting and accomplishing goals, increasing your energy, or reducing food cravings. Together we’ll explore ways to make healthy, long-lasting changes that will lead you to a more balanced lifestyle.
In my training to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I studied over 100 dietary theories, effective coaching techniques and learned from some of the world’s top doctors and researchers in the field of health and wellness.
I also incorporate the science of yoga. This ancient practice is a path to happiness and wellbeing. It’s not about the practice of postures, but practices such as mindfulness and focus, conscious breathing, observation and reflection, and learning how to treat yourself and your surroundings. It’s understanding that we are our mind, body and spirit.
Whether you are looking to work One-on-One with me, in a group setting, have only one goal or a number of health and life goals, it is a customised program, so we focus on what is most important to you. Contact me to see which program is best for you.
One-on-One coaching sessions are private, individual sessions, where you'll get the chance to talk about your health, dreams and goals in a safe and comfortable setting. During these sessions we'll delve into many different topics, such as, nutrition, relationships, career, spirituality, exercise and much more. During these sessions we'll explore new and sustainable habits to achieve your goals.

Group coaching sessions gives you the opportunity to share your feelings and challenges within a group. You'll develop deeper connections, making your sessions more meaningful. Knowing you are not alone in your journey will help you develop the confidence and motivation to address your challenges and succeed.

A Workshop is a short, focused and intensive class on a particular subject. It could be:
a cooking class, how to make smoothies, learn quick delicious meals, meal prep
